Edoardo Agnelli was an Italian industrialist, entrepreneur, and politician born on March 2, 1892, in Verona, Italy. He was the son of the founder of FIAT, Giovanni Agnelli. Edoardo Agnelli started working at FIAT at a young age, and in 1920, he became the company's CEO. During his tenure, he expanded the company's operations into new territories, including the United States, and increased the production of mass-produced cars.
In addition to his work at FIAT, Edoardo Agnelli was heavily involved in Italian politics. He was a member of the Italian Parliament and served in various positions within the Italian government. He was also an advocate for social justice and worked to improve labor conditions for workers within FIAT.
